Tomas was exceptional. He was honest and hardworking. He went to bat for us letting us know during negotiations what he thinks the property was worth and what would work. When it appeared we weren’t entirely satisfied with a property he went and did an in depth search in the area we liked going so far as to knock on doors for us to get a home in a particular neighborhood.
